Silver Jubilee

The parish celebrated the silver Jubilee spanning programs across 2009 and 2010. H. G. Dr. Gabriel Mar Gregorios Metropolitan inaugurated the Jubilee celebrations on December 2009. In connection with the Jubilee, many welfare measures, such as, spiritual get-together, cancer & diabetes detection and awareness camps were organised. Financial assistance for medical treatment and expenses incurred for marriages were given to the poor. To mark the closing ceremony, a public meeting was held on 16th May 2010, which was presided over by the Diocese Metropolitan and the valedictory function was inaugurated by the Hon. Minister for Law, Kerala, Mr. M. Vijayakumar. Thereafter, the parishioners hosted a variety entertainment programme. The celebrations concluded with a grand feast.
